Advancing women's economic empowerment and ensuring children have what they need to thrive — locally and globally.
The Koshy Foundation invests in human potential by empowering girls and women and ensuring children have the education, nutrition, and shelter they need to thrive. We partner with communities locally and globally through qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.
The Koshy Foundation was established by Aju Koshy and his family on a conviction that investing in human potential is the most powerful force for lasting change. When women achieve economic independence, families are stronger. When children have education, nutrition, and safe shelter, communities thrive across generations.
The Foundation empowers young girls through education and opportunity, and college-age women through vocational training, skills development, and pathways to economic independence. Alongside this, we ensure children have the foundational support they need — access to quality education, proper nutrition, and stable shelter — so that potential is never lost to circumstance.
As a self-funded philanthropic fund, the Koshy Foundation deploys exclusively its own resources, partnering with qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in communities locally and globally. Every grant is made with full accountability and long-term intent.
We invest in human potential at its roots. Empowering girls and women alongside investing in children's foundational needs are the levers that move entire communities forward.
The principles that guide every decision we make.
Every grant is deliberate, researched, and aligned with long-term human potential — not reactive charity.
Two pillars, precisely defined — women's economic empowerment and children's holistic education — that unlock lasting generational progress.
We partner with communities locally and globally, guided by where our investment in human potential will have the greatest impact.
As a self-funded philanthropic fund, we hold ourselves to the highest standard. Our resources, our values, our responsibility.
